Current status

No returns window, restocking fee or return address is published on this site yet. When the policy is finalised it will be stated here in plain terms, including who pays for return shipping in each scenario.

Keeping a cover returnable

If you are checking fit, do it on a clean, dry car and keep the packaging. A cover that has been used on a dirty vehicle, washed, or altered generally cannot be resold, and that is what makes returns difficult in this category.

Fitting a cover for a few minutes to check it seats correctly is fine and is exactly what we would want you to do.

Wrong fitment

If our fitment data sent you to the wrong pattern, that is our error, not yours, and we will treat it that way. Every fitment page shows the dimensions and verification date we relied on, which makes those cases quick to establish.

Your statutory rights

Consumer law gives you cancellation and refund rights on distance purchases that no shop policy can remove. Anything we publish will sit alongside those rights.
